Ben Sutherland is a seasoned Architectural Designer & Project Manager specialising in prefabricated building solutions. With his background in both architecture and construction his expertise blends cutting-edge design with practical experience executing high-quality, sustainable developments. His track record includes leading over 30 successful projects, including New Zealand’s first full Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) building, the Warrander Studio. Ben also holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration, enriching his projects with strong managerial and strategic capabilities.
Anabella brings over 15 years of experience in housing renovations and new builds, coupled with a successful career at some of Auckland’s top recruitment companies. Her deep understanding of the construction industry, combined with a disciplined, professional approach to hiring the best talent, ensures that Bare Construction maintains a strong, cohesive team.
