What began as a tired 1990s dwelling with dated finishes and deteriorating cladding has been completely reimagined into a refined contemporary home. Bare Construction and Bare Architecture worked collaboratively to transform the existing structure, retaining the original footprint while thoughtfully extending the upper level to create a more balanced and efficient plan. The design was carefully updated to meet modern living standards, with a streamlined consent process allowing construction to progress swiftly.
The result is a home that feels entirely new: wrapped in beautiful cedar cladding, complemented by lush landscaping, and finished with a new kitchen, high-end appliances, elegant timber flooring, and soft loop-pile carpet. Every detail contributes to a renewed sense of warmth, quality, and enduring craftsmanship, leaving one very happy couple with a home that feels both timeless and truly theirs.
