Remuera Road
Completed in July 2026, this Remuera home underwent a comprehensive reclad and renovation by Bare Construction. The original plaster cladding was removed and damaged framing replaced to bring the building up to modern standards. The home was then reclad in a combination of vertical Genea and horizontal weatherboards, with new double-glazed windows and doors improving its warmth and performance.
Internally, the home was completely refreshed with a contemporary new kitchen, bathrooms and finishes throughout. A new bedroom extension was also carefully integrated with the existing architecture, transforming the property into a modern four-bedroom family home while maintaining the character and proportions of the original house.
